Remember when? February 9, 1995
Bill Hesse of Robert Martin's Space Specialists Inc., Westchester County, and Cheryl Pellegrini of CDC Commercial Real Estate brokered an 11,000 s/f space at Dalewood Shopping Center to Coconuts. Hesse and Pelligrini started working for Coconuts at the beginning of 1990 when Reiny Asbeck, director of leasing, identified the shopping center as the only site along Central Ave. where he would like to locate.
