RAV Properties secures two lease renewals at 6361 Thompson Road, Syracuse

RAV Properties, LLC, a Jamesville-based real estate investment company, has arranged two multi-year tenancy renewals at 6361 Thompson Rd. The tenants are CNY Rack and Surplus and Hudson RPM Distributors, LLC. CNY Rack and Surplus is a reseller of warehouse industrial equipment, racking, forklifts, pallet movers and scissor lifts. Hudson RPM Distributors distributes leading national newspapers and magazines to stores and stands. David Carroll, of CNY Rack and Surplus and former National Pad and Paper has been a tenant at the property since 1999. He acknowledged the positive results RAV Properties has achieved through local ownership, hands-on management, dedicated daily site visits and quick response to tenant needs. The tenancy of Hudson RPM Distributors, LLC was brokered by Dan Murphy of University Hill Realty Ltd.
