Raskob of Kaufman Organization completes four leases totaling 7,361 s/f

Barbara Raskob of the Kaufman Organization, which specializes in leasing and managing premier office space in the Fashion District, has inked four leases, totaling 7,361 s/f, at the Nelson Tower located at 450 Seventh Ave. Raskob represented the Kaufman Organization, the landlord in all Nelson Tower transactions below. * Park Hudson International signed an additional five-year lease for 1,133 s/f as they expand their services and now has a total of 3,992 s/f. * AFG Construction Management, Inc. signed a three-year sublease for 1,454 s/f. Jay Feiertag of GMAC Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction. * Satmetrix Systems, Inc. signed an additional five-year expansion lease for 1,200 s/f and now has a total of 5,461 s/f. * 3T Health Systems, Inc. signed a five-year lease for 3,574 s/f. Michael Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant in the transaction.
