Pyramid Brokerage Co. represents seller for sale of MetroCenter: $3.2m

Binghamton, NY According to Pyramid Brokerage Co., they have represented the seller in the sale of an iconic building located in the central business district downtown. 49 Court St., also known as The MetroCenter, is a 116,000 s/f multi-tenant office building that sold to a local buyer for $3.2 million last month.

John Current, MetroCenter property manager, and William Colucci, associate real estate broker, worked closely with the landlord for the last five years to turn the underperforming asset into a turn-key investment property with 97% occupancy at the time of the sale. Pyramid Brokerage Co. was assigned the property management project in May 2012.

The property was purchased by Justin and Bernard Marchuska of Marchuska Brothers Construction LLC.
