Pliskin Realty & Development launches new website

Pliskin Realty & Development launched a new website, completing a transitional period for the company which started with a move last year to new and expanded headquarters. The 18-year old company's new website projects Pliskin's broad real estate services, listings, properties under management, and the portfolio of Pliskin-owned properties and investments. Pliskin president and CEO Jeffrey Pliskin said, "We have been serving many property owners and national brand retailers for almost two decades now with a seamless service, from brokerage to property management and in some cases, development." Our new website clearly conveys our comprehensive offerings and lets the marketplace know that we have a proven track record across critical operational areas." The website also leverages the confidence Pliskin's many long-term clients have in the organization with personal testimonials from leading retailers and prominent property owners. "It's our way of letting our future clients know they are in good company," said Pliskin. "They will also learn that as owners of our own extensive portfolio, we understand the needs of property owners and how to best protect their investments." From the standpoint of functionality, the new Pliskin website has an active "Listings" section which enables those looking to purchase or lease space to make selections against criteria of town, street address and size, and then download a PDF which presents other important data such as per square foot price, strip center location, other tenants, neighboring businesses, parking and space configuration, etc. Visitors to the new website will also be able to keep up with the company's latest deals, other news developments and career opportunities with the growing firm. A convenient "Contact" form helps facilitate responses to any needs or questions for the Pliskin team.
