Pliskin of Pliskin Realty & Development brokers two leases totaling 6,500 s/f; Includes 10-year lease with Maimonides Medical Center

Jeffrey Pliskin, President of Pliskin Realty & Development, Inc., of the New York-Metropolitan area's leading retail real estate brokerage and management firms, brokered the following two leases in Brooklyn totaling 6,500 s/f: Pliskin secured a 10-year lease with the Maimonides Medical Center for 3,500 s/f at 700 Utica Ave. Maimonides will be using the space for a community medical facility. Pliskin is the owner of the building and was the exclusive broker on the transaction. Pliskin brokered a 15-year lease with the Municipal Credit Union for 3,000 s/f in order to expand their current facility in the Whitman Plaza Shopping Center on Ralph Ave. in Mill Basin. Extensive renovations are planned. Pliskin is the owner of the shopping center and served as the exclusive broker on the transaction.
