Picone of McGuire Development Company arranges $420,000 sale of 175 Humphrey Street; also leases 3,500 s/f to Delicate Details, Inc.

Vito Picone, senior director of business development for McGuire Development Company, has facilitated the sale and lease of two properties in the northtowns. A12,000 s/f facility located at 175 Humphrey St. in North Tonawanda was sold by the city of North Tonawanda for $420,000 to Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled. The new location will serve as the company's headquarters. Prior to the sale, the building had been used for administrative staff affiliated with the city. Picone facilitated a three-year, turn-key lease deal with Delicate Details, Inc., a commercial and residential power washing company, for 3,500 s/f of space at 55 Cooper Ave. "In both cases, the properties were a perfect fit for the organizations that will occupy them," said Picone.
