Picone of McGuire Development brokers $605,000 sale of 5,000 s/f retail property
Vito Picone, broker for McGuire Development Company's Real Estate Services Group, facilitated the $605,000 sale at 8316 Main St. The former Harden Furniture building was purchased by Brian Parisi Copiers within four weeks of being formally listed.
Brian Parisi Copiers bought the 5,000 s/f retail store with the intention of adding an additional 2,500 s/f to its growing business.
Picone said, "The listing's high volume of interest was attributed to the superior quality of the building and the popular Main St. location in the town of Clarence."
