Picone Construction Corp. contracted for Crunch Fitness Center

Picone Construction Corp. has been contracted to complete renovations for the Crunch Fitness Center located at Sheridan Center Plaza, corner of Sheridan Dr. and Sweet Home Rd. The s/f was not disclosed. Picone's complete renovation will include a main gym, men's and women's lockers, bathroom and shower facilities, as well as areas for group fitness, tanning, and a personal training office. Picone will add a compete fire protection and fire alarm system, upgrade the existing HVAC system, and install a new lighting package specific to each area.
