Perfit of Pyramid and Safier of Westwood Metes complete sale
Tonner Doll Co., Inc. has purchased the recently vacated JP Morgan Chase Branch building at 301 Wall St. through its affiliate real estate company, T & S Realty Holdings LLC. Tonner plans to customize and occupy the second and third floors of the building while utilizing the main level as rental space.
The sale was brokered by Steve Perfit, managing director and principal broker of Pyramid Brokerage Co. of the Hudson Valley, who listed it with the seller, JP Morgan Chase property, and Harris Safier, principal broker of Westwood Metes and Bounds Realty. The sales price was not disclosed.
