The deals include the following: * The $249,000 sale of 900 Culver Ave. The 6,284 s/f free-standing building was sold to Luke Barrett. The seller was Dean and Jason Nole. Jeff Crannell of Pavia Real Estate represented the buyer. * The 1,800 s/f expansion lease of 1 Glenwood Plaza in Oneida by Planet Fitness. Dominic Pavia of Pavia Real Estate represented the landlord, Glenwood Plaza, LLC. * A 1,200 s/f 10-year lease at P & C Plaza in Norwich to Tong and Fang Zheng. John Jweid of Pavia Real Estate represented the tenant and Pavia represented the landlord, BG Norwich Stop, LLC. * A 2,934 s/f 10-year lease at 4456 Commercial Dr. in New Hartford to SoHo Skin Care Nail Salon. Jweid represented both the tenant and the landlord, PMB Properties. * A 2,437 s/f five-year lease at 4456 Commercial Dr. in New Hartford to Pawn King. Jweid represented both the tenant and the landlord, PMB Properties. * A 4,672 s/f five-year lease at 443 Chestnut St. in Oneonta to Piecework Fabrics. Pavia represented the landlord, AFlll, LLC, and Jweid represented the tenant.
