Pavia Real Estate Services brokered the $115,000 sale of 7930 Limberlost Rd., a 6,000 s/f free-standing building is situated on 9 acres. The buyer was Legacy Fiberoptics, Inc. and the seller was Adirondack Bank. Dominic Pavia of Pavia represented the seller. John Jweid of Pavia represented the buyer.
