CPEX has hired of David O'Donnell as an associate on the New York retail investment sales team. O'Donnell previously worked as a salesperson for Petrey Real Estate out of Long Beach. Prior to entering the real estate industry, O'Donnell served as an associate in the global client services group at Ivy Asset Management LLC, a Bank of New York Mellon hedge fund of funds subsidiary.
O'Donnell graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor of science in Policy Analysis and Management, an interdisciplinary program bringing together the study of economics, government, business and marketing. He also holds a master's degree in Childhood and Special Education from St. John's University.
His background in both real estate and finance will benefit the Retail Sales team and CPEX as a whole.
