O'Brien of M. C. O'Brien completes two ind'l. leases totaling 14,100 s/f

Michael O'Brien, III, SIOR, of M. C. O'Brien, Inc. and Anthony Musto, president of Crosstown, have rented two industrial buildings totaling 14,100 s/f. The properties include 5601 Foster Ave. consisting of 9,300 s/f and 5633 Foster Ave. consisting of 4,800 s/f and a small staging area in front. The tenants, C & D Iron and Class Iron Works, both liked the attributes of the buildings. They possess high ceilings, heavy power distribution and are structurally sound enough to support the movement of  the steel used in fabrication. The brokers put the tenants in contact with an array of economic development incentives which will enable them to remain competitive in the ever changing marketplace. O'Brien procured both tenants while Musto represented the landlord, Dino & Sons Realty, LLC.
