O'Brien of M.C. O'Brien brokers two leases totaling 26,400 s/f

Michael O'Brien, III, SIOR, CEO of M.C. O'Brien, Inc. has completed two leases totaling 26,400 s/f. The deals include the following: *The lease of 16,400 s/f at 56-75 49th St., Maspeth. A long-term agreement was reached with HUB Truck Rentals Corp. O'Brien procured the tenant via a referral by David Hunt, SIOR, Hunt Properties, LLC of Long Island. The landlord, Eldorado Coffee Roasters, was exclusively represented by Avi Feinberg of City One Real Estate, LLC. * O'Brien also leased 10,000 s/f to LDS Containers on West St. in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. The tenant accepted a five-year term. He represented both landlord, 57 West, LLC and the tenant.
