Kaufman Org. secures six leases totaling 9,393 s/f

The Kaufman Org. has brokered six new office leases totaling 9,393 s/f at 1407 Broadway. Grant Greenspan, Michael Heaner and Sommer Scafidi of Kaufman are the leasing agents for the building. Bob Forman of Gettinger Management is the building leasing director. The deals include: * SSB Sales Inc. signed a five-year lease for 2,087 s/f. Greenspan represented the landlord while Marc Kritzer of Millennium Realty Group represented the tenant. * Simex Trading Co. Inc. signed a five-year and two-month lease for 2,232 s/f. Howard Rosenblum of Kaufman represented both the landlord and the tenant. * Morgan Wilson signed a five-year and two-month lease for 1,245 s/f. Rosenblum represented both the landlord and the tenant. * Miva Sales Corp. signed a three-year and three-month lease for 1,138 s/f. Scafidi and Greenspan represented the landlord while Greg Bonura of Winslow & Co. represented the tenant. * Celadon Corp. signed a three-year and one-month lease for 1,558 s/f. Greenspan and Heaner represented the landlord while Alan Sinovsky of Sinovsky Realty Services represented the tenant. * Runners Clothing International signed a one-year lease for 1,133 s/f. Scafidi and Greenspan represented both the landlord and the tenant. "The momentum in leasing at 1407 Broadway has picked up over the past few weeks. We are pleased to welcome these creative fashion companies to the building," said Greenspan, principal of the Kaufman Org. "The new deals are also a sign that companies are feeling secure and are more eager to seek new office space in prime locations."
