O'Bannon appointed director of property mgmt. at Ciminelli
According to Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, Western New York's premier commercial real estate services company, Jeffrey O'Bannon has been appointed as director of property management.
As a member of the 67 person property management services team at Ciminelli, O'Bannon will oversee all building and facility operations for a number of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation managed properties. As director of property management, he will focus on cost-effective results and positive customer relations.
O'Bannon brings with him over 13 years of property management and commercial real estate experience. Most recently, he served as director of buildings for Ellicott Development Company in Buffalo.
O'Bannon holds a BA in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University, N.Y. Additionally, he is the current membership committee chair for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Buffalo (BOMA) and is also a past president of the organization.
