The following are notable highlights from the CityRealty 100 Report: * One hundred forty apartments were sold within the buildings of the CityRealty 100 Report during this two-month period, with an average price per square foot of $2,082. *The average price per square foot increased almost 15 percent from the year earlier period. * The most expensive sale during the two-month span was Unit 33D at 15 Central Park West that sold for $29 million. The buildings with the most sales in the past year were Manhattan House, Sheffield 57, and 400 Fifth Avenue with their respective number of sales of 73, 65, and 38 condominiums.
