M.C. O'Brien and Colliers International arrange sale of 7317 18th Avenue for $12.75 million

M.C. O'Brien, Inc. and Colliers International arranged the sale of the former Cotillion Catering Hall located at 7317 18th Ave. to the Salvation Army. The facility is 39,000 s/f and is spread over 3 floors. Located on one of Bensonhurst's premier shopping streets, the site will house programs providing services to the burgeoning Chinese communities in Brooklyn and benefits from over 135' frontage on 18th Ave. at the corner of 74th St. The sale was for $12.75 million and The Salvation Army was represented by Jonathan Plotkin of Colliers NYC office and William O'Brien, SIOR, of M.C. O'Brien, Inc. in Brooklyn. The seller was represented by Jeffrey Shalom of Massey Knakal.
