NINE at Mary Brickell Village celebrates brokers' achievements

NINE at Mary Brickell Village, a condominium in Brickell Village, hosted 100 guests at Perricone's for an intimate cocktail to recognize the brokers' success. Lynd president of development Daniel Zunker and Starwood Capital Group senior vice president Ken O'Neill, along with president and CEO of Fortune International Edgardo Defortuna, sales director Nikol Solares and the sales team, recognized each broker with a commission check for 50%. Brokers took part in a trivia game that quizzed them on the Miami real estate market with nine questions. If a broker answered correctly, they received $50. Participants included the sales team, as well, and it was an enjoyable way to recognize the hard work that has been put into sales. "Our heartfelt thanks to all of you for helping us achieve another significant milestone in the realization of NINE," said Ken O'Neill. "There is still a lot of work left for us to do, but as we work together, there is little that can prevent us from completing the realization of NINE, one of the premier condominium developments in all of Brickell."
