New York Commercial Real Estate Services arranges four leases totaling 3,276 s/f; Includes a 1,876 s/f medical office lease by Posner

New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) has brokered four leases totaling 3,276 s/f. The deals include the following: * 107 West 82nd St., Ste. 108: A 1,876 s/f medical office space. Betty Posner of NYCRS represent the client, Ahmet Altiner, MD, who signed a 10-year lease. The landlord, Marin Management Corp. was represented by Martin Hollander. * 107 West 86th St.: A 500 s/f office lease. Beth Bongar and Emily Voss of NYCRS represented the client, Class Carpet and Floor who signed a 10-year lease. * 179 Essex St.: A 600 s/f restaurant. Ken Brandman represented the landlord. Brandman, James Famularo, and Nick Valencia represented the Client, Peri Wine Bar. * 55 Clinton St.: A 300 s/f retail lease. Brandman represented both the client and the landlord. The woman's fashion store "Pip-Squeak Chateau" signed a five-year lease.
