Nassimi Realty completed major improvements to the 433,500 s/f center including the addition of a new 10,000 s/f multi-tenant out lot building at the corner of Tuscarawas St. and Whipple Ave., façade renovations and a partial "demalling" of the interior space including the opening of new storefronts and doors to the outside. Velocity is a successful regional retailer with a number of stores in the Canton, North Canton & St. Clairsville, Ohio markets. With over 4,000 items in stock, they specialize in footwear, artwork, memorabilia and sports themed apparel including NCAA, NFL, NBA and MLB gear.
