Myers of Newmark Associates leases 4,600 s/f

Newmark Associates, Inc. completed a lease for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. at 629 Springfield Ave. The property, part of Berkeley Heights Plaza, is a single-story, 4,600 s/f brick building on a high-traffic street that includes office and retail space. Newmark Associates' Debbie Myers, executive VP, represented the tenant. Weichert Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord, Berkeley Heights Plaza, LLC.
