Midwood signs Jollibee at 91-19 Queens Blvd.

Flushing, NY Midwood Investment & Development said that Jollibee, the Filipino fast-food chain, signed a 2,717 s/f lease for 10 years at their property, 91-19 Queens Blvd. This new location is in addition to Jollibee’s four existing stores in the New York metropolitan area, which span both Queens and Manhattan, including its flagship in the heart of Times Sq., which opened in August 2022. Jollibee currently operates 62 U.S. locations across 13 states, with more on the way.

For this transaction, Midwood Investment & Development was represented by Katz & Associates’ Daniel DePasquale and Jollibee was represented by CBRE Group, Inc.

Jollibee chose to open at 91-19 Queens Blvd. for its third location in Queens as part of its efforts to make Jollibee more accessible to all customers.

91-19 Queens Blvd is situated across from the Queens Center Mall off the Long Island Expwy., reaching shoppers, commuters, and residents daily.

The New York metropolitan area represents a key growth market for Jollibee, as the brand, best known for its signature Chickenjoy fried chicken, continues to grow its fan base among North American audiences.
