Miceli of the Largo Group of Companies places $14 million in financing for 218-unit multifamily

Perry Miceli, managing director for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged $14 million in financing for Eagle Ridge Apartments. The structure of this deal included a 10-year term with a competitive fixed rate and a 20-year amortization schedule. Eagle Ridge Apartments is a garden-style apartment complex located one mile from the gate of the Fort Drum Army Base in the northern part of NYS. The complex was constructed in 2007 and represents the newest multifamily inventory in the market. It is currently 95% occupied and consists of 218 two and three-bed­room units. The borrower is a highly experienced owner/operator of multifamily properties throughout the U.S.
