Euless, TX Perry Miceli, principal of the Largo Group of Companies, secured $34 million in financing for two multifamily properties located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and Euless, TX. The first apartment complex is conveniently located off Highway 360 in Euless, Texas, a thriving community between Dallas and Fort Worth. The property consists of 384 units with newly renovated interiors, gated access, a swimming pool and a pet park. The second multifamily property located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, consists of single-story villas conveniently situated off Palm Springs Drive, just minutes away from the Altamonte Mall and I-4. The complex is comprised of 325 units with numerous amenities including three large pools and laundry facilities, a fitness center and patios with outside storage.
