Meet the NRC Members - Heiden

David Heiden is a principal at W Financial. He has19 years of experience in appraising, analyzing and underwriting commercial real estate. Prior to W Financial, he was a senior VP of BRT Realty Trust. He also was a senior loan officer with GMAC Commercial Mortgage, a VP at Bankers Federal Savings and an assistant VP at Sterling National Bank. He received a master's degree in Real Estate from NYU in 1997 and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Baruch College in 1989. Heiden is a NYS certified general appraiser and licensed real estate broker.
