Meet the BMAR Members - Schur

William Schur is the CEO of Schur Management Co., Ltd., a full service property management firm specializing in the operation of multifamily and commercial real estate in the Bronx and Manhattan since 1972. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1992. He is a past-president of BMAR and serves on their board of governors. He also serves on the board of directors of the Rent Stabilization Association of N.Y. (RSA) and is president of the Bronx Realty Advisory Board (BRAB) representing the interests of owner/managers of multifamily properties in the Bronx.
