Meet the BMAR Member: David Simone

David Simone joined Massey Knakal Realty Services as one of the first agents in its newly formed Bronx division in 2003. Since joining Massey Knakal, Simone has closed 116 transactions with an aggregate sales volume of $274.4 million. He has been the top salesperson in the Northern Manhattan/Bronx division two years in a row, earning him the firm's Harry Macklowe Salesperson of the Year Award in 2004, and 2005. Simone specializes in selling investment properties throughout the Bronx. He has been a source for the New York Times, Crain's New York Business, The Daily News, and featured on NBC news.
