McGuire Development appoints Cimato Zygaj director of business dev.

According to McGuire Development Co., a local commercial development, brokerage and property management firm, Marietta Cimato Zygaj has been appointed director of business development. In this capacity, Cimato Zygaj will be responsible for handling McGuire Development's portfolio of existing properties and new-build projects in various stages of development. She will also handle leasing, tenant build-outs and the design of new custom office/flex space based on clients' needs. A partial portfolio includes: Airport Commerce Park in Cheektowaga; Camp Rd. Sequel in Hamburg; Derby Professional Park Sequel in Derby; Maple and Ayer Sequel in Amherst; Wehrle Professional Park Sequel in Williamsville; 665 Main St.; 4225 Genesee St. in Cheektowaga and 6325 Main St. in Williamsville. Prior to her appointment, Cimato Zygaj was a senior sales associate for Patrick Custom Homes for 11 years where she produced one of the highest dollar volumes and unit volumes in sales for three consecutive years. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University and is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson. She is a member of Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, green designation. McGuire Development Company's full spectrum of services is focused around its signature Transparent process.
