Grzebinski of Rose Hill Group arranges $2.8 million

According to Daniel Monte, president of The Rose Hill Group of WNY LTD (RHG), Thomas Grzebinski II, vice president recently arranged $2.8 million in financing on a 120,000 s/f stabilized mixed-use property downtown. According to Grzebinski, the property is fully occupied and comprised of a complimentary mix of office, warehouse, and retail users. Financing was arranged through a regional lender who accommodated the borrower's needs in terms of estate planning and loan structure.
