McGovern's extensive portfolio of projects span Massachusetts and New York, including notable tenures in Boston, New York City, and most recently Albany. He has held various leadership and senior management roles based on the volume of his transactions in the brokerage, development, and construction of buildings, boutique hotels, restaurants, medical facilities, office and retail space, condominiums and residential space.
