Time Warner Cable will utilize the additional space for their media sales, business services and direct sales operations.
The class A office building at 90 Crystal Run Rd. totals 90,000 s/f on four floors. Located less than one mile from the Rte. 17/Interstate 84 interchange, the building's other tenants include Toyota Motor Credit, Metropolitan Life, Langerman Eye Institute, Progressive Insurance, Washington Mutual Bank, Wells Fargo Financial, and Merrill Lynch.
