Bent of Charter reps. landlord in 58,000 s/f lease to CHEP USA

Charter Real Estate Brokerage has leased 58,000 s/f of warehouse and office space to CHEP USA at 2883 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Rd. on behalf of the property owner Natapow Management. CHEP is the global leader in pallet and container pooling services, serving many of the world's largest companies. The company has more than 7,700 employees and operates in 44 countries. With global partners that include Procter & Gamble, SYSCO, Kellogg's, Kraft, Nestle, Ford, and GM, CHEP is known for "Handling the World's Most Important Products. Everyday." CHEP is expanding their U.S. presence to the Rochester market to better serve its area clients, and is expecting to add 30-40 jobs soon after opening the Henrietta operation this fall. Jim Breeze, Henrietta's town supervisor was instrumental in working to streamline the approval process so that Natapow and Charter were able to meet the tight time requirements to secure the deal for CHEP to locate in the town. Charter's Jack Bent represented the landlord and Greg Lance, executive VP of Equis from Dallas, Tex., represented CHEP USA in bringing them to the area.
