Mancini joins Monday Properties as a senior vice president
According to Monday Properties, Frank Mancini has joined the company as senior VP of asset management. In his new position, Mancini will direct the asset management activities of Monday Properties' N.Y.C. portfolio, with oversight of all leasing activities. He will soon take on corresponding responsibilities for the firm's Rosslyn, VA office property portfolio, working in partnership with the firm's leadership team in each region.
Brian Robin, president of Monday Properties, said, "Frank brings us considerable experience in numerous areas of real estate. In his 33-year career, he has provided advisory services to institutional clients and developed key relationships with investors and property owners on an international scale. His extensive real estate career includes positions in banking, investment management and property operations. We are delighted that he has joined the Monday Properties team."
Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mancini served as principal of SHL RE Consulting, a New York-based real estate asset management firm that provided services to institutional clients and special servicers on assets valued in excess of $2 billion. Prior to that, he was executive managing director for New York investor services at Grubb & Ellis and head of asset management for Normandy Real Estate Partners.
Mancini earned a BS from St. John's University, College of Business Administration and holds a Diploma in Real Estate from The Real Estate Institute of New York University.
