Maltzman of Conquest handles 2,400 s/f duplex lease

Conquest Advisors leased a 2,400 s/f duplex, located at 134 West 18th St., to Camino PR, LLC. They moved their office from another location in Chelsea, and also have an office in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth Toledo is the president of the public relation company. They seek to develop relationships with major non-profits and foundations that will provide a steady growth stream of clientele. Brandon Maltzman of Conquest said, "We are very pleased to find such a great tenant for the space, and someone who was expanding their business size at this present time." Maltzman represented both the owner and tenant.
