Majerovsky of Citywide Props. arranges 2,201 s/f lease at 42 West 38th

Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. has recently brokered a 2,201 s/f lease at 42 West 38th St. for Walsh Family Media. Formerly based in Brooklyn, Walsh Family Media is an animation film company focused on creating programming that children and parents can enjoy together and are currently producing an animated full length feature film due out in theaters sometime next year. According to Majerovsky, who represented the tenant, the space with many windows, high ceiling, several offices and open area was in a move-in condition requiring very little work.
