Majerovsky of Citywide Properties completes 1,500 s/f office lease
Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. has completed a lease for 1,500 s/f of office space at 144 West 37th St. for J.M.S. Direct, Inc. The space was in move-in condition with two private offices, an open area, a large conference room, hardwood floors and natural light.
Majerovsky represented both the tenant and the landlord.
