Majerovsky of Citywide arranges 3,000 s/f lease

According to Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc., the Real Estate Education Center which has locations in Brooklyn and Queens, will be opening a Manhattan location. They have signed a lease for the entire 2nd floor of 3,000 s/f at 144 West 37th St., a six-story, 24/7 day access, commercial office building with one full floor still available for lease. Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. represented the landlord and the tenant.
