The renewal reflects SecurityScorecard’s investment in NYC as the company accelerates its global growth, expands its AI-powered cybersecurity platform and continues to attract talent. A tenant since 2023, the company occupies 8,475 s/f across a full floor featuring a private outdoor terrace and providing a collaborative workplace designed to support its next phase of expansion

“SecurityScorecard is experiencing tremendous momentum as organizations around the world increasingly rely on our platform to manage cyber risk across their digital ecosystems,” said Dr. Aleksandr Yampolskiy, CEO and founder of SecurityScorecard.

“As we continue to innovate and grow, New York City a great place to attract exceptional talent, collaborate with customers and partners and build the future of cybersecurity. 1140 Avenue of the Americas is a fully renovated, 22-story, 181,000 s/f Class A building. The property features a lobby with 23-ft. ceilings, French limestone floors, volcanic stone accents and curated architectural details. Tenants also enjoy a communal rooftop terrace, bike storage, on-site property management and restaurant service.

“1140 Avenue of the Americas offers everything a fast-growing technology company like SecurityScorecard is looking for,” said Stobetsky. “It has a premier Midtown location, outstanding transit access, modern amenities and a unique full-floor office with an expansive private outdoor terrace that enhances the employee experience. It’s an ideal environment for attracting top talent and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

“SecurityScorecard’s five-year renewal reflects the continued strength of Midtown Manhattan as a destination for innovative companies seeking high-quality office space,” said Li. “The firm’s continued commitment to 1140 Avenue of the Americas speaks to the property’s ability to meet the evolving needs of technology tenants through its location, quality and accessibility. We are pleased to help ownership retain another industry-leading company at the building.”

The renewal comes as demand for premium office space in Midtown continues to strengthen. 1140 Avenue of the Americas is situated on the northeast corner of West 44th Street and Avenue of the Americas in the heart of Midtown, where direct Class A office vacancy stood at 8.2% at the end of the second quarter, according to JLL’s Q2 Manhattan office report. Companies are increasingly prioritizing premium workplaces that support talent attraction, recruitment and collaboration, driving direct asking rents 5% higher than a year ago.
