Macklowe Properties celebrate topping out of 510 Madison Ave.
Harry Macklowe of Macklowe Properties recently celebrated topping out ceremonies for 510 Madison Ave. The environmentally conscious, 30-story glass office building is being developed in the Plaza District of the borough by Macklowe Properties.
510 Madison is expected to be completed by year's end.
