CB Richard Ellis/Albany has completed the $1.04 million sale of 673 Columbia Tpke. Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CBRE/Albany represented the seller, Greenbush Properties, LLC. The building was purchased by Shepherd's House. This 10,000 s/f, two-story office sits on one acre.
