Lupo and Niblock of Friedman-Roth arrange $15 million sale

Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC arranged the sale of a Manhattan Valley apartment building located at 61 - 63 West 106th St. The six-story elevator building, located between Manhattan Ave. and Columbus Aves., contains 24 residential units and encompasses 30,336 s/f. The purchase price for the property was $15 milion. The seller was represented by Eric Lupo and the purchaser was procured by George Niblock, a managing partner.
