Lightstone signs 3,500 s/f lease to Cobalt Financial

According to The Lightstone Group, Cobalt Financial Solutions, LLC, has signed a 3,500 s/f, long-term lease at 115 James Dr. West. Cobalt Financial Solutions, LLC develops quality products and services that promote the education of financial planning to financial planning professionals, academics, and consumers. Current textbooks include Estate Planning for Financial Planners, Retirement Planning & Employee Benefits for Financial Planners, and Income Tax Planning for Financial Planners. Cobalt will use this space as the company's customer service base and for textbook editing. 115 James Dr. West is located in James Business Park between the New Orleans International Airport and I-310 on Airline Hwy. This industrial and warehouse location is also home to Digimation, Inc. and Coram Healthcare. "115 James Dr. West is a premier 21,408 s/f building offering tenants quality office and warehouse space in one great location," said Eric Marx, senior VP of asset management for The Lightstone Group. "The space accommodates the variety of business needs that Cobalt Financial Solutions is seeking."
