Gunsberg of FirstService Williams reps landlord in 13,776 s/f medical lease

FirstService Williams arranged a 12-year, 13,776 s/f lease on behalf of the landlord at Mt. Pleasant Medical. The Urology Group of N.J. is scheduled to occupy the space in November. Frank Gunsberg, executive managing director, FirstService Williams, represented 375 Mt. Pleasant Ave., LLC., a joint venture of Hampshire Real Estate Companies and Paragon Realty Group LLC. John Feeney, of Studley, represented the tenant. "The Urology Group wanted to locate to a medical office facility that could suit its operational needs," said Frank Gunsberg, executive managing director, FirstService Williams, who represented 375 Mt. Pleasant Ave., LLC., a joint venture of Hampshire Real Estate Companies and Paragon Realty Group LLC. The space comes with high ceilings and floors that can accommodate the bulk and weight of a linear accelerator, to be used for advanced medical treatment and diagnostics. The Urology Group also has an option to buy the space, a key factor in agreeing to the lease. Located at 375 Mt. Pleasant Ave., the 11-acre, 106,000 s/f medical office facility is zoned for hospital and medical office use, and includes nearly five cars per 1,000 s/f of leased area parking, a parking garage and grade access at all three levels. The facility is situated a half mile off Rt. 280 at Prospect Ave. and is within walking distance to Essex Green Shopping Center.
