Accessory Zone, LLC, an importer of women's hair accessories and jewelry, signed an eight-year, 7,058 s/f lease. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord.
SA&E International Bags & Accessories, LLC, a manufacturer specializing in backpacks and luggage, signed a seven-year, 7,264 s/f renewal. Levy represented the landlord while Hidrock Realty, Inc. represented the tenant.
"Demand for this building has remained exceptionally strong in both up and down markets, and we are glad to see new tenants coming and existing ones staying," said Levy.
