Lee of Pyramid and Munday of NAI Piedmont represents sellers 52-acre sale

Tanger Factory Outlets will soon begin construction of 317,000 s/f outlet center on a 52 acre parcel purchased in October 2009, located on Arrowhead Blvd. at I-40/85 exit 154. Approximately 80 brand name and designer outlet stores are slated for the new outlet center. Construction is expected to be completed late this year. George Lee of Pyramid Brokerage Co. and Sam Munday, with NAI Piedmont Triad, represented the sellers, Stokes Land Group of Jacksonville, Fla. and John Foley of The Westminister Group Inc. represented the buyer in this sale of the 52 acre parcel.
