Leber and Saperston of Saperston Real Estate broker three sales totaling $8.8 million

Buffalo, NY Three suburban apartment complexes, two in West Seneca and one in Amherst, have been sold by a real estate investment group for $8.8 million. The sellers, Bueme, Bueme and Michalek sold the Oakridge Estates and Arbor Meadows Apartments both in West Seneca and the Millersport Apartments in Amherst. Dimitri and Nick Tzetzo principals of Tzetzo Cos., LLC purchased the Oakridge Estates and Millersport Apartments paying $6.5 million for the 104-unit Oakridge Estates on Center Rd. in West Seneca and $1 millionfor the 20 unit Millersport Apartments located on Millersport Hwy. north of the University of Buffalo Amherst campus. The deals add to their growing portfolio of apartments, senior care and office properties. Arbor Meadows LLC, a local investment group, bought the 48-unit Arbor Meadows Apartments on South Fisher Rd. in West Seneca paying $1.3 million. Joseph Leber and Howard Saperston, Jr. of Saperston Real Estate, which has been selling and leasing commercial, industrial and investment properties in the Buffalo area for 91 years, were the brokers in all three transactions.
