She is former chair/vice-chair of the appellate practice committee and a long time organizer and judge of the annual Moot Court competition among area law schools.   She also serves on the Commercial Mediation Panel in Nassau County Supreme Court and the Superstorm Sandy Mediation Panel in Eastern District of the United States District Court.

Korth graduated, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and graduated, with honors, from that University’s School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
