Klonsky joins legal team at Liberty Title Agency as counsel

According to Liberty Title Agency, LLC, the company has strengthened its highly skilled legal team with the addition of Edward Klonsky, Esq. Klonsky brings decades of expertise in the fields of real estate law and commercial litigation to his position as counsel of Liberty Title Agency. Prior to joining Liberty, Klonsky was a partner and of counsel to several Manhattan law firms.  He focuses his practice in virtually every transactional element of real estate development and financing-bringing this expertise to bear on New York commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties. Klonsky also has extensive commercial trial and appellate litigation experience, giving him the key ability to skillfully assess and successfully resolve any issues that arise in the real estate transactional arena. Klonsky is a member of the New York State Bar and New York City Bar Associations. He received a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  He received a J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.  The Liberty Title Agency family of companies was launched six years ago and today has offices in Manhattan, Uniondale, Southampton, Greenport, and Westchester, New York.  The company recently passed $50 billion in closings.  Liberty is trusted by the nation's most respected underwriters and is proud to count leading real estate developers, financial institutions, and other companies among their loyal client base.
